Perth Leadership Institute

The institute provides evaluation and correction tools that identify the kind of financial contribution a leader (CEO and the management team) will likely make to the financial valuation of the company. Their extensive research has found that every executive has a "Financial Signature" that will determine the success or failure of the company. Most CEO's (as many as 80%) don't know how to make money. Many good leaders don't know how to make money either.

Perth has a new kind of leadership model that is focused on the outcome of making money. They conduct testing that defines the "Financial Signature" of the CEO and the management team, then prescribe how to fix any "problems" and obstacles to making money. Additionally, the testing can also be administered prior to hiring to act as a predictive assessment of what would happen if the person is hired.

"Financial Signatures" capture money making input by measuring a person's particular approaches to building value and for using resources to achieve such financial goals. Traditional standard models of leadership capabilities available elsewhere tend to only focus on certain attributes such as strategic vision and ability to execute, but they do not directly take into account the person's financial approaches to adding value and making money.
